When I first plot a graph having a 'hole' the hole appears initially, but often after I modify the x and/or y scales of the display, the hole no longer appears on the graph, and the only way I can get it to reappear is to clear, and start over.

Is there any way to control the display of holes on graphs?

Good question. It is a bug in the current software and we will be coming out with a new version (not sure when, but it should be within weeks, not months) that overcomes that problem: the holes will continue to appear when graphing again.
