Can someone help me with this question:
Determine the Locus of the point which moves so that its distance from (1,2) is always equal distance to its distance from
(-2,3)

The only set of points that would meet this criteria is a straight line perpendicular to the line segment joining the points (1,2) and (-2,3) and passing through the midpoint of this line segment.

Can you do the rest?
