Graph the solutions of the inequality on a number line.
26. c < 5
27. -8 > q
28. Write an inequality for the graph

29. A road had a speed limit of 30 mi/h. Write an inequality that describes the legal speeds r for motor vehicles.

Solve the inequality. Graph the solutions.
30. a + 4 >(underlined) 8
31. 9 - 7 > 0
Solve the inequality
32. 5n > -25
33. 42 < -6d
34. r/6 <(underlined) 3
35. 6/-6 > 10

In #26, if you replace the variable c with x<5, you can get the plot in the 1D inequality graphing calculator:

The same is true for many of the items>

#27. enter -8>x for the graph
#30. enter x+4>=8
#31 for 9-7>0 this means 2>0 which is always true to the whole real line is the graph
#32. enter 5x>-25
