COSX= -SINX

TANX = SEC^2X

SECX = SECX TANX

IS IT TURE IF YES SO WHAT IS NEXT DERIVATIVE OF trigonometry function?

Yes, the derivative of CSC X is -CSC X*COT X and the derivative of COT x is -(CSC X)^2 (or -CSC^2X in your nonstandard notation).

Yes that's true these are the basic formulas for derivatives, but can you tell me the notation for Integration?

Yes the above are true.You may also list other by using any of the math fundamental trigonometry book.
